到目前為止沒有店家發生過，
所以從報修、檢測、送回，
期間還必須店家一直打電話詢問進度，
客服也不會回應你進度。
說要回電也要等⋯
直到店家等了一陣子都沒有回應，
開始有點不開心了。
才會有相關 主管 （？）出來回電。
維修面板費用也不低，
還必須先等51天的維修期?

The customer service will not respond to your progress.
I said I have to wait to call back...
Until the store waited for a while, there was no response.
I'm a little unhappy at first.
Only then will the relevant supervisor(?) come out and call back.
The cost of repairing the panel is not low,
You must also wait for the 51-day maintenance period ?
