隨處可見亂丟垃圾、吐檳榔汁，電梯、地下室都被搞得很髒亂，有時私人汽車位還會被他人佔用，還得叫管理員廣播，運氣差的時候可能還沒人來挪車。
然後新的保全公司的管理員也很差，以前的老伯伯管理員會做事又親切多了，可能因為些微的價格或是利益關係而任用爛公司跟廠商，別什麼都都便宜就好，至少看一下該公司的風評之類的。
結論，只能等找到好的建案就趕快搬家，國宅軍宅應該也沒辦法期待能改善什麼了。
