M	Michael Chang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 水湳經貿園區停車場，目前開放的 B1-B3 全部都是平面車位，且自招租以來由於月租費較低，感覺很快就滿租了。剛開始是用感應條碼出入停車場，常常會有感應不到的問題，現在改用車牌辨識，成功率改善很多，也讓車子出入更順暢。停車場設有電動車充電車位，但比例上還不算很多，B1, B2 停車環境還不錯，車位夠大，上下樓層車道寬敞順暢，但 B3 部份停車區域是比較糟糕的，會有積水一般的泥漬一直沒有清除，走路會滑之外，停在這種車位上也較不安心。停車場廁所空間寬敞，清潔度尚可，但也呼籲使用者共同維護，垃圾帶出停車場，展現公民基本素養。 In the parking lot of Shuiyu Economic and Trade Park, all the B1-B3 currently open are flat parking spaces, and since the monthly rent fee is low, it feels that the rent is full.
