Summary - Famous for its Lion's Head (Pork Meatball) noodles, this casual restaurant is well know for good reason.
The Pros - The Lion's Head Noodles are excellent, as meat is grinded, packed and boiled to satisfaction.
The Beef Noodles Soup and the Spicy Sauce Noodles are not too shabby either.
The Cons - Avoid the strange tasting (filled with baby corn) Hot and Sour Soup.

I had high expectation as reviews were good and i had to queue but find the noodle of their signature dish, lion head noodle, way too chewy for my liking and it's not suitable for absorbing the broth. The broth and the meat ball are both very good though, alas, not enough to save the dish. Also ordered their signature spring onion beef roll, but find it too chewy as well, partly due to the tendon part and i wasn't expecting the dish to be cold. Might have been more tender, therefore tastier if ssrved warm. Don't recommend it, despite several celebrity's endorsement on the wall.

The lion head noodle is okay but not like I’ll come back for it again.
The spring onion pancake is too dry for not very tasty. ( Although my mom said it usually tastes better. )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many celebrity visited this place so I assume it would be good. The decor is more of mom and pop shop. Food is not that special. The small dishes are ok but small quantity. Staff is busy and rush.
