z	zerox peng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 糟糕的服務態度！上上星期送洗一組沙發椅套，原本跟我說大概一個星期會好，到了會打電話通知。今天已經送洗要兩個禮拜了，還是沒接到電話，自己打電話去問才告知已經洗好可以去拿了。到了店內拿回椅套付好錢後，詢問沙發椅套是何時送洗回來的？店家竟然回覆不知道，這也太離譜了吧！如果不知道何時送洗回來的，卻還能查到送洗的椅套已經回到店內！就打算簡單以一句不知道來掩飾椅套早已送回店內，卻沒有聯絡顧客來領取的疏失。最後我跟店家說：應該已經送回來一段時間了吧！我在就想怎麼這麼久都沒接到電話通知。但對方卻一句回應也沒有。這樣的服務態度真的令人失望！ Bad service attitude!
