牛肉乾拌麵麵量算多
整體環境乾淨舒適
下次還會再來吃其他餐點

一進門首先看到的是帥氣、美麗的闆娘在門口的檯前拿著桿麵棍，桿著Q彈光滑的麵皮。
湯包上桌後
吃得出剛剛現桿麵皮的驚人口感.
咬破外皮後...隨之噴濺出的湯汁佈滿整個口腔。
不需要其它蘸醬
新鮮的內餡湯汁、彈嫩外皮已滿足我飢腸轆轆的腸胃。
泡菜 也是一絕
分辨不出是台式或韓式
我也不管什麼式⋯
只在乎 怎麼這麼酸、甜、辣適中的爽口好吃。

*澎湃家常拌麵 $85
肉燥拌麵+幾片菜.玉米筍.丸子.杏鮑菇.豆皮，上面再放一顆完美的半熟蛋
真的很有老家的味道！
或許有些人覺得有其他更傳統更道地的麵攤
但這間店各方面都乾淨整潔，提供如咖啡廳一般的裝潢和燈光氛圍，不會有吵雜的TVBS新聞?
下次還是會想來吃~
缺點：
希望店主的小孩們可以不要在用餐空間吵鬧奔跑，還一直拿外帶橡皮筋射來射去也無人阻止......

shortcoming:
I hope the owner's children don't run around noisy in the dining space, and they keep shooting around with rubber bands and no one stops them...
