★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 審查資格不符，是在''周五晚上''來信，並要求''周日''前掛號相關文件至松盟。試問周休 二日有任何公家機關有開。EMAIL後並未曾收到回復，過後，致電客服竟得到我們下班啦所以沒回覆你的言論。至周一審查資格依舊不符，且不提供任何補件機會，資格疑義也僅限審核舊有文件，無法提供新文件，甚至申訴管道也只有不會回信的客服信箱。

整個流程大有問題，姑且不論一開始個資外洩的問題⋯⋯
1、進入考場後，完全沒有讓考生核對身分資料。
進入試場後應該是繳交身分證給試務人員，考生坐定位，由考官跟考試核對身分，才開始考試吧！
2、第一聲響鈴應加上，考試開始請作答，結束時應該多一聲，考試結束請儘速離場。把換場時間抓一分鐘。這也太趕了吧⋯⋯
