★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 開到凌晨的港點真的很讚,煲仔飯很道地,如果喜歡香港正宗鍋巴多一點的可以請老闆娘幫忙處理,蘿蔔糕偏軟好吃而且煎的比香港還洽,油條腸粉也好吃,價格便宜CP值高,不得不推,一定還會再回訪。
看了老闆回覆google評論這麼有禮貌和誠意,這點倒很不像香港風格哈哈哈。
The Hong Kong restaurant that is open until the early morning is really good. The claypot rice is very authentic. If you like the authentic Hong Kong rice cake, you can ask the proprietress to help you. The carrot cake is soft and delicious and the fried is better than Hong Kong. Delicious, cheap and high CP value, I have to push it, and I will definitely visit again.
Seeing how polite and sincere the boss replies to google comments, this is very unlike Hong Kong style hahaha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 疫情發生前幾年,幾乎每週在香港,很少在台中吃港點。疫情發生後,在台中吃了很多家港點,覺得這家的港點很有特色。
店內供應的是在香港常見的冠益華記桂林辣椒醬,放在一樓的醬料區自己添加。蒸煎炸煮滷的各式點心類入味好吃。
個人推薦這家的炸兩,油條腸粉上桌後,油條還是硬脆,感覺很好。廣炒麵也好吃,料多勾芡澆在兩面黃上,乾濕口感脆中帶軟。港式蘿蔔糕則煎得表皮酥脆,但也可以做清蒸吃法,須先告知店家。
在冷飲方面,凍檸茶好喝,鹹檸七與鹹檸樂都很有港味,唯一缺點是用免洗塑膠杯封口後盛裝,只能說內用喝不完的話,外帶方便。
有趣的是,店家的介紹是2006年開業的,但店內那張香港地鐵圖可不是停留在2006年,連2016年通車的南港島線也更新畫上了。因為後來常搭到海洋公園站與黃竹坑站,對這條路線印象深刻。
A few years before the outbreak, I was in Hong Kong almost every week, and rarely ate Hong Kong food in Taichung. After the outbreak, I ate a lot of Hong Kong restaurants in Taichung, and I felt that this Hong Kong restaurant is very unique.
The store serves Guanyi Huaji Guilin chili sauce, which is common in Hong Kong, and you can add it yourself in the sauce area on the first floor. All kinds of desserts that are steamed, fried and boiled are delicious.
I personally recommend this fried two. After the fried dough sticks are served, the fried dough sticks are still hard and crispy, and they feel good. The fried noodles are also delicious. The ingredients are thick and poured on the yellow on both sides. The dry and wet taste is crispy and soft. Hong Kong-style carrot cake is fried until the skin is crispy, but it can also be steamed, you must inform the store first.
In terms of cold drinks, frozen lemon tea is delicious, and Xian Ning Qi and Xian Ning Le are very Hong Kong flavors. The only disadvantage is that they are sealed in disposable plastic cups.
Interestingly, the store's introduction was opened in 2006, but the map of the Hong Kong subway in the store is not stuck in 2006, and even the South Island Line, which opened to traffic in 2016, has been updated. I was very impressed by this route because I often took to Ocean Park Station and Wong Chuk Hang Station.

Literally a hole-in-the-wall. Authentic not only flavor wise but also in regards to cleanliness, think traditional HK stall from the 70s.
We ordered 8 things; the only thing I would order again would be the fried daikon patties (which were great flavor wise, but the texture was too soft & too moist). While the SO liked the food and would like to "try again", I don't think the food tastes good enough to risk possible hygiene issues.
