★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天中午12:30左右,到現場要開電子戶,開戶櫃檯小姐詢問我要辦理何種事項後要我抽號碼牌到旁邊稍等一下(我的號碼牌是24,也沒有告知要我等多久)。
大約等了10分鐘左右,我突然發現號碼牌25的一位小姐已經在辦理開戶手續了,我越想越不對,我是24號我先來的,怎麼會先幫25號辦理?
於是我再次向櫃檯小姐詢問大約要等多久?(我只是單純的要增加電子信箱這個資料而已)櫃檯小姐臉色不是很好的回答我說:照目前這個情況大約要等兩個小時!!!(為什麼一開始就不跟我說要等那麼久,如果我沒問,我不就跟木頭一樣傻傻的在現場等兩個小時,是我的時間比較不重要嗎!)
接著我又再問了為何先幫25號辦理開戶?(我是24號,先來後到的道理應該很容易懂才對)結果櫃檯小姐口氣有點大聲的回答我說:那個是營業員幫她辦的,不是我,我沒有幫她辦哦!
我只想說,這就是金控公司的服務態度嗎?

So I asked the lady at the counter about how long to wait? (I just want to add the e-mail information.) The counter lady's face is not very good. I said: According to the current situation, it will take about two hours! ! ! (Why didn’t you tell me to wait so long at the beginning? If I didn’t ask, wouldn’t I just wait for two hours on the spot like wood? Isn’t my time less important?)
Then I asked again why I helped account opening on the 25th? (I am on the 24th. The reason for coming first and coming should be easy to understand.) As a result, the lady at the counter answered a little loudly and said: That was the salesperson who helped her, not me, I did not help her!
I just want to say, is this the financial service company's service attitude?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3/18下午去富邦證卷台中分公司(漢口路二段)幫小孩開戶。下午1:35到,被告知開戶應早上到,因此不接受辦理。
但我出發前打給南屯分行, 對方回覆盡量下午2:00前到即可。
向櫃檯行員爭取並表達不滿後,行員最後才願意幫忙辦理,但過程時不時被行員冷言冷語,我多次被告誡應該早上就要到的,行員並要求看我與南屯分行的通聯紀錄。
想請教兩個問題:
1. 請問網站上有規定兒童開戶只能早上嗎?
2. 同樣富邦證卷, 南屯分行表示下午2:00前到即可, 台中分行卻要早上到的原因是?
現場的開戶窗口「沒有任何客人」,兩位櫃檯行員在談話著,請問有人手卻不讓客人開戶,是富邦營業的守則嗎?
建議富邦證卷明確規定何時停止開戶服務!
On the afternoon of 3/18, I went to Fubon Securities Taichung Branch (Sec. 2, Hankou Road) to help my child open an account. Arrived at 1:35 pm and was told that the account opening should arrive in the morning, so it was not accepted.
But I called Nantun branch before departure, and the other party replied that they could arrive before 2:00 pm.
After I appealed to the clerk at the counter and expressed my dissatisfaction, the clerk finally agreed to help, but the clerk spoke coldly from time to time during the process. I was told many times that I should be there in the morning, and the clerk asked to see my contact records with Nantun Branch.
I want to ask two questions:
1. Is there a rule on the website that children can only open an account in the morning?
2. The same Fubon Securities Co., Ltd. said that the Nantun branch can arrive before 2:00 pm, but the reason why the Taichung branch has to arrive in the morning?
There were "no customers" at the on-site account opening window. The two counter staff were talking. Is it Fubon's business rules?
It is recommended that Fubon Securities Co., Ltd. clearly stipulate when to stop the account opening service!
