★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whenever I am back in Taiwan my dad would make sure we at least come here once. One order of baos + bean curd cucumber + Taiwanese kimchi + egg over hard fix your day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite a popular breakfast bao place in Taichung, it opens at 3am and closes at 10:30am. The baos are handmade and freshly steamed daily, each sold at 18nt (60cent USD). It has a few other local dishes include spicy pork sausage (not very spicy), Taiwanese style pickled cabbage (kimchi) and some soups, tea, soy milk and pretty random/local dishes.
It was interesting to try and not bad at all :)
