12月底那邊打電話去預約洗牙
說要等到1/7號才有位置，怕會忘記櫃檯人員還說
她們當天都會電話提醒，結果已經過了2天，
忽然想到我有預約，但是都沒接到診所的電話提醒，打電話過去詢問
接電話的人只回了一句喔⋯我們當天太忙了，
沒時間提醒，一副無關緊要的口氣一樣，
看完評價都是在反應櫃檯人員的問題，
再不改善門面的人只會負評越來越多

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這間診所我路過，想說進去看個牙，能看得出診所裡面很忙，但想說有時間多等一些沒關係。
裡面女陳醫師，說話很親切，耐心仔細說明給我聽，處理得也不會痛，能感受到很用心專業。
I passed by this clinic and wanted to go in for a dental visit. I can see that the clinic is very busy, but I want to say that it doesn't matter if I have time to wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 三顆給在醫生技術還行且很有禮貌，其他扣分都出在護士及櫃台都不是太有禮貌且態度隨便，會拿錯醫生交代的物品，也常常交代不清楚，當你詢問時櫃台還會大聲叫你聽她講，再聽一次依然解釋的不清不楚，要人聽妳講，應該自己先想清楚自己要講什麼吧…態度給人護士跟櫃台地位似乎比醫生高…真是奇怪…
