After the appointment, the lady in charge of reception did not send a text message to introduce the address of the reception center and her name, but expected me to answer questions at the security side. He didn't even stop the car but kept asking questions. Telling him to let me park the car and ask again made me scrambling and feeling super bad! I ran for nothing, and I will never come again!
