環境優良,護士親切,樓下掛號等待區寬敞舒適,叫號後換鞋到樓上分區直接上椅看診,X光室有鉛衣提供防護,感覺設備都蠻新的而且有定期清潔 坐在牙醫看診椅等待治療時,聽到隔壁剛診療完畢的病患和他的治療醫師討論如何照顧牙齒,男醫師非常有耐心地解說和建議,足足講了十多分鐘. 而我的看診醫師也很有同理心,治療時都會先溫柔解說,去除疑慮,雖然有時會跳tone,一邊治療,一邊和護士討論起前一個病患的情況,要護士記得在病歷上紀錄她的判斷,讓我不知道到底是不是在跟我說話,常常聽一陣子,心驚膽跳後才發現不干我事. 唉,太聰明的醫師就是會一心多用.

非常差的根管治療過程!草姓醫生治療過程第一開始就急燥粗魯隨便,2/23今日治療開始敷衍態度回應第一次裝臨時假牙尺寸不合,造成的臉頰內側腫脹是正常的外,告知後還是護士再次提醒才於最後修整。最誇張是根管治療消毒時,無任何防護(無使用牙齒隔離障),痛到左半邊臉部極度疼痛噴淚、舌頭麻痺等等…(人生第一次遇到這麼痛的,跟這種根管治療方式,荒謬!),當下處置是要給患者止痛藥了事!再給的回應是極少數人有不適!而表示要終止治療跟退費臨時假牙2000元時,醫生態度傲慢表示無法退款,因當初有簽切結!這分明是醫療疏失,如因消毒水具侵蝕性損害口腔內膜等等卻要患者自行承擔,口說”對不起”實則不願承認其疏失,非常惡劣!!!請來此診所的人三思!!

When he said that he wanted to terminate the treatment and refund 2,000 yuan for temporary dentures, the doctor arrogantly said that he could not refund the money, because there was a signed agreement at the beginning! This is obviously a medical negligence. For example, due to the erosive damage to the oral lining of the disinfectant, the patient is responsible for it. Saying "sorry" is actually unwilling to admit his negligence, which is very bad! ! ! Please think twice if you come to this clinic! !
