★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我是4/1在近水樓台社區領包裹的住戶，晚上22：50左右返家，由於我們以前保全都可以讓我直接報戶名領取，以前保全都會很體諒不讓我們來回走動去拿掛牌，就你們保全最懶惰，説一定要拿掛牌才能領，還説我胖又不運動，還講我們以前保全要是那麼好幹嘛被撤掉，我拿了掛牌之後報戶名，還問我用什麼方式領取，先生你對自己業務不熟悉、態度不親切，還耳背！戶名我報了3次，你都沒再聽光顧著嘲諷，你的專業到底在哪裡？那不然換耳朵好一點的人來上班號好嗎？對了，那位先生還一直叫我快投訴！我就告訴你們員工爛透了！
