The appraisal consultant is very enthusiastic to answer all our questions, unlike the outside car dealers who deliberately pay you a high price, and they are too lazy to answer you.

You give the car to fix something.. they mess up something else !
I visited them 8 times in 6 months.. each time i take the car back from them.. i discover new problem was not there before i drop the car for maintenance!! Screen issues.. tyre noise.. usb not working.. no spare parts available.. front camera works while i am driving suddenly.. each time something new !! And the list of things you give them to check .. they ignore some of it
