最近開始嘗試不同料理,改往素食/蔬食餐廳尋找私房的美味,一開始在評價上看到分享這間店的照片就特別的吸引我目光(除了美食還有很厲害的油畫),所以今天決定來嘗試看看,結果真的不負所望!!! 首先,推薦愛吃辣的朋友一定得嚐嚐他們的川味麻辣系列(他們的辣有分台式跟川味),能吃辣的朋友建議先從「川味」微辣開始挑戰 今天嘗試了《川味麻辣蔬食寬扁麵》 湯頭清淡中卻被川味辣椒點綴得不失層次,自認為能吃辣的我,一開始不知死活的點了小辣,在用餐過程中跟老闆閒聊,老闆透露說:其實他私底下先幫我的辣度?️調整成微辣,因為老闆自豪的表示他們家的辣度確實非常夠味,不是一般吃辣的朋友人能夠輕易駕馭的。 起初喝了第一口湯以為還OK,沒想到後勁上來之後辣得真的是滿頭大汗(但是卻是辣得舒爽?️?️?️) 寬扁麵的麵體也是老闆遵循阿嬤傳承的手藝精心製作的,麵體是有嚼勁的,也不會因為厚度不均而出現過軟爛或是局部太硬的口感出現,確實像極了藝術作品的呈現。 用餐過程中跟老闆閒聊才知道原來老闆過去曾是油畫大師,店舖中每一幅畫都是老闆的作品,展示的每幅畫的人物都表現得相當傳神,人物表情能在靜態的畫布中展現情緒、也可以表現出動感或是描繪角色的情緒,就如同今天享用到的寬扁麵中沒有使用任何華麗的食材、過度的調味,但是卻能將食材的美味表現得淋漓盡致,完全像極了藝術作品 餐前點的小菜《滷豆乾》 同樣也是使用最簡單的調味方式,讓食材本身原始的風味交織出來的一般卻不一般的滷豆乾 之所以會發掘到這間特色店舖,其實是吃膩了附近的料理,以前是無肉不歡的我,搜索了素食才發現了全新的天地,期待下次再一次拜訪,還想嚐嚐看老闆的水餃、麻油麵線等,想要體驗看看藝術家是如何呈現出這些平凡不過的料理???

I’ve only gone vegetarian recently, but this is by far the best vegan traditional Taiwanese cuisine I’ve had. The 刮包 and 米糕 is a must, good for snacks or whole meals. I’d even go as far as to recommend non-vegetarians to try this place out?
