五年前租過 你們門市人素質差 還車還要被嗆 車子自己有問題也賴別人身上 還有找其他人來講才裝沒事

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因為去年有租賃過，原本感覺都還不錯，想說今年再租賃一次，結果打電話詢問車種跟方案時，不熟悉方案也就算了，我多問兩句車型，想多了解一下難道也不行嗎？口氣 態度是在差怎麼樣的？？你以為全台灣就你一家租車公司嗎？？？？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本來覺得還不錯…租車前也確認過兩三次 因週日還車從南部北上怕塞車 若逾時可能一兩個小時也是會收逾時費用嗎 租前都說不會 結果還車時間一到才打來通知說超過半個小時起要收。 雖然壓線沒收逾時費 但整個趕趕趕 破壞體驗
