服務非常好,人員很貼心,有意願幫助,很有耐心,又專業。? 問題是人員不夠多,櫃檯那麼多但銀行在人數上省錢。開戶的部分,因為有先上網預約填寫好資料了,而比較快,但還是有花差不多一個小時的時間。存摺及金融卡都直接核發了,並且有很清楚地解釋如何開通所需要的服務。網路銀行及行動銀行都特加強,設計很老舊又不太好用。
