The management is very good. 1. No bicycles can be placed in the elevator and stairwell. 2. Pets are listed on the tube. 3. The atrium garden is beautiful. 4. Self-use residents have parking spaces every year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved living here on the 21st floor. Fantastic location in the heart of a very nice district of Taichung. As with all Taiwan the people are lovely and friendly. You have a gated patio garden and very quick access to the supermarket, 7 eleven, coffee shops, restaurants, temples and even a market on some mornings. The tree lined street of Darong West is beautiful and a relaxing stroll. Carrefour is just down the road if you want western foods and you are very close to all the main attractions of Taichung e.g. City Hall, Wenxin park, science museum etc. What's more is you are right next to the metro station and are close to Chaoma bus station and also Taichung Blvd for buses to the train station. I have wonderful memories of this place, it's clean and well maintained, lovely ambience and so convenient. Enjoy!
