三寶飯$120、油雞腿飯$110,主食灑上滿滿油蔥讓人食指大動,入口卻不會過油過鹹。配菜下飯,全台蛋荒依舊有財富自由的洋蔥蛋可當配菜選。飯量飽足,內用給圓圓山形滿滿一碗。好吃不講幹話,周邊最強燒臘當之無愧。

看到部落客介紹慕名前往買了三寶便當和蜜汁烤雞腿便當,果然名不虛傳!大排長龍!叉燒肉又香又好吃?、油雞軟嫩、鴨肉不會柴柴的,配菜都很對味!可惜便當一個要價不斐!不然一定會天天光顧!

5/23(午)薑蔥油雞飯 100NT$ ____ 先說結論:與價位相稱甚至溢出的好燒臘店。 一開始看價位覺得略貴,等拿到餐點然後吃完之後心服口服。 ##份量 主菜油雞+三道配菜&白飯分開承裝,雞肉的部分如圖片所呈現的,是去掉棒腿的部分分切成五塊,配菜皆有填滿格子,白飯亦然。 ##食用心得 先說主菜,雞肉是保有口感的軟嫩多汁,應有事先滷製,本身就很有味道,尤其是雞皮、香味十足,搭配上薑蔥非常下飯,這個部分也很值得提,他們的薑蔥不會過分油膩和煮過頭,青蔥的脆口和辛辣味有很好的保留著。 配菜部分,絲瓜用蝦米提味,適當的軟嫩程度,也抱持著鮮綠卻沒有厚厚的硬皮;豬血以甜味為主的酸菜炒製,同樣的把口感把握得很好,不像很多便當店的豬血已經炒到帶有一層厚皮;高麗菜偏軟,用大量的蒜末調味。三樣配菜完全沒有重複的調味組合,且火候掌控感覺得到非常專業。最後是白飯部分也是一個加分項,沒有如一般店家全部摻在一起再用橡皮筋綁起來鼓鼓的一盒,白飯保有很好的口感,不會被所有菜的汁液污染,真的非常值得誇獎。

Stumbled across this shop and saw a queue. So decided to queue along with the locals. Had 3宝饭 & 蜜汁鸡腿饭.. free 3 side dishes. Super delicious! The side dishes can be a dish by themselves let alone the meats.
