原本以為智齒蛀牙可能沒什麼，痛一小段時間就沒事了，半個月前突然開始劇痛，發現會不會傷到神經，趕緊來求醫，一進門口需要拖鞋換室內拖，整個大環境都非常乾淨、且服務人員及護理師態度都非常好? 我是給鄭至堯醫師看診，我很怕痛就跟鄭醫師說能不能給我打多一點麻醉，鄭醫師給我打完麻醉後非常有耐心跟我講解我智齒的狀況，我以為拔牙都會很久，不到5分鐘就結束了。 完全不會感到刺痛及不舒服！ 拔完後還有耐心的跟我說牙齒要怎麼顧才會好 非常推薦，下次一樣會指定寬庭牙醫！ 醫師護士及服務人員們辛苦了！ 謝謝?

一個月前門牙上方的牙齦長膿包，一開始以為是火氣大沒太在意，兩個禮拜後覺得不對勁才求醫，沒想到牙神經徹底壞死，連抽神經都不用打麻醉了，根管治療兩次後今日來做瓷牙套，幫我治療的醫生是高嘉光醫師，磨牙過程中施打麻藥竟然沒有什麼疼痛，很開心，以前有過不良的麻醉經驗，導致一直對打針極度抗拒有陰影，感謝醫生～下次來補牙就比較不怕了?

我的牙齒治療是由高全誼醫師治療的，第一次預約門診的時候有特別說明很害怕看牙醫希望能由溫柔的醫師看診，而高醫師就是溫柔又有耐心的醫師。很感謝在每次治療時都是很溫柔的看診並且有耐心的為我解說牙齒的狀況。高醫師的能力真的很厲害！我甚至在最近一次補牙時睡著了。後來牙齒檢查發現有一顆需要自費治療，而我非常相信他的能力和技術，當天就支付了訂金並且預約了兩次的治療時間。如果你很害怕看牙醫的話很推薦高醫師，我之前很害怕看牙醫也有不好的經驗，但是到寬庭給高醫師看診之後就慢慢減少了看牙醫的恐懼並且更注重口腔清潔，真的很謝謝高醫師的治療。

They have a horrendous customer service, I made an appointment for a specific date and time and showed up happily and when I got there the lady says. We can't see you today you have to do it after 27th because of 6 months policy with the insurance card company, As I am leaving for a long business trip I wanted a normal check before ai return in two months back. I handled them my insurance card at the time when I made the appointment they shall provided me that information and I would not mind paying for the normal check as well, but no they said I cant and I cant. I could have gone to another doctor instead of wasting my time.

Technically, the cleaning and publishing skills are perfect for the doctors in this clinic, and I felt very comfortable during the full cleaning process. Even through I don’t like the high frequency sound of the cleaning equipment, the doctor’s profession and stable operating made me feeling safe and relaxed gradually. Now, my tooth become white again.

The only thing that this clinic is good at is collecting your fees. Do not be deceived by the black-hat or sponsored ratings here. Was here for periodontal disease treatment, and honestly it wasn't a pleasant experience. I cannot say the same for every doctor in the clinic, but my attending doctor has extremely bad communication skills. I recall during one of my visits, he didn't even speak more than 5 sentences to me. Not everyone has a chance to visit dentist frequently, I didn't even receive any further instructions for anaesthetization aftermath (like when can I have my next meal, or any special care back home). And one time finishing up a session, I was taken to take another X-ray photo on a tooth WITHOUT any reason or explanation! Despite the painful handling and rough technique by the dentist, I also have doubts on the hygiene on the plastic mouth opener gadget. Three out of my five tours, I immediately had blisters around the gum area where the gadget in place. But again, it's just my personal doubts, perhaps my gum is just sensitive or allergic to its material. If I could appoint my next dentist, I would definitely prefer a female. Most likely to at least offer some gentle care with patient. Regarding to professional courtesy, the dental assistants are chitchatting in the background while patient is under operation. Your patients probably don't care what's on the lunch menu in your office, but rather have you focus on doing your job. Unfortunately, one of the assistance was probably a new hire, she had trouble locating the correct medicine requested by the dentist. And constantly poking patient's throat with the saliva sucking machine is not really helping out. Again, the only punctual highlight you will have is the moment your fee is due. The desk lady will call you, message you, and remind you to bring the money. And the sales lady will come up to you and push for non-health-insurance covered treatments. They do a pretty good darn job at it. Lastly, they had some minor issue with my bill payment. A full fee was wished to be collected while I didn't even finish the complete treatment. The customer support came up with a totally different version from my understanding as a patient. But hey! I rather spend some time writing this true review than arguing with vile profit driven dental clinic. If you're reading this. Hope you stop and reconsider to visit this faulty place.

Just need a second to express how thankful I am to have been cared for by @Allenwu_Dentist 吳國綸牙醫! Him and his team are so sweet and caring i don't even need to mention how professional my dentist is, it is definitely not an easy job to find someone with such an amazing taste for the beauty of smile but also care about the health of your teeth! Love Love Love my new smile and strongly recommended this place!

Certainly different to what you get in the UK. I was lost for words when I saw how advanced this clinic is. Only had to wait one day before I could make an appointment. Service was fantastic and the professional level of all staff is impressive. In terms of treatment it is easily the best I have experienced and will certainly be using again for the rest of my stay in Taichung. Great clinic for all, they even have a special family room if you all go together ?
