今天再來介紹一間逢甲夜市商圈的南部庶民小吃“蒸肉圓”。 發現 品之鄉 是因為在台中住久了,開始想念南部的蒸肉圓,所以在谷歌地圖上搜尋到的意外驚喜。店在車水馬龍的西屯路上,開車的客人就打消附近有停車位的念頭,其他交通方式都還算方便(走路、腳踏車、摩托車或者公車),店裡販賣的都是台灣傳統的小吃,這次主要介紹蒸肉圓和米粉湯兩樣每次來必點的餐點,肉圓是南部的做法,以大蒸籠蒸熟,但是有別於南部薄皮肉圓的是,皮比較像中部肉圓的厚度,保留了中部肉圓Q彈的口感卻少了油炸的油膩感,給不喜油炸食品的客人多了另外一種選擇,內餡是單純的豬絞肉不像中部肉圓特有的筍丁或者荸薺丁,肉圓的調味醬捨棄了南部的醬油膏而使用中部的甜白醬,可以說是中南部口味大會師,別有一番風味! 再來介紹南部口味米粉湯,南部多勞工階層,口味偏重,所以比台中清淡湯頭的米粉湯來得濃郁,多用滷汁調味能吃到紅蔥頭特有的香味,而且一定會有兩片豬瘦肉點綴其上,米粉應該是埔里米粉(我猜的)Q 彈有勁卻不會嚼不動,米粉吸滿湯汁讓人欲罷不能,嘴口不好的老人小孩都不必擔心。 蒸肉圓$45一份兩粒,比南部肉圓大,肉餡分量足。小碗米粉湯$35,不輸一般米粉湯的分量。本人XL尺寸,以上推薦一樣一份,吃完十分飽。
