★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5/24(星期一)下午6:35分打電話預約5/28(星期六)下午7:30施打BNT第二劑,結果到現場了才告知他們這個時段沒有施打,說接電話的人搞不清楚狀況,說完之後也沒有任何表示,直接走掉,不然就是做自己的事,好像不是他們的問題一樣,我真的傻眼欸,這是什麼態度啊,自己內部的問題,至少也要有點表示吧,我特地時間空出來,然後呢?真的是很傻眼欸,真心覺得很不專業

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這間診所的專業程度讓人非常懷疑,打個疫苗從頭到尾搞不清楚狀況,我的黃卡上並沒有疫苗追加劑的紀錄,現場診所卻不斷宣稱我第三劑電腦查詢就是已經打過了要我自己找衛生所去談,我馬上親自殺到西屯衛生所請對方查詢資料後,衛生所所有人員都表示:不管是根據黃卡資料還是電腦紀錄,我確實沒有打過第三劑,確實可以施打,衛生所人員還親自打電話回去診所通知後我再回來診所一次,診所女醫師不知道是不是經驗不足還是沒有足夠知識,又跟我說什麼我跟前一劑疫苗沒有等五個月不能打,我當下就火大質疑說台中榮總護理師跟衛生所都說可以打,哪來的五個月限制,女醫師本來想繼續跟我吵,然後自己用私人手機跟不知道誰通了電話後被打臉,才喃喃自語說“好吧他們已經改了”。身為一個醫療專業人員居然要病患跟衛生所等其他非醫療人員來打臉妳會不會太好笑了,我真的很擔心在這間診所看診的病人是不是都能得到最正確的診斷跟指導
