★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 說好貨物稅要等兩個月會再退回2000，結果等到的只有1200，打電話問卻說因為購買的冰箱大小關係，但是購買的時候信誓旦旦的說是2000，完全沒有提到大小會影響，等到我們收到錢自己打過去問才這樣說，根本就是故意騙人，還說什麼都會說最高的補助金額，不是本來就應該針對我們當下購買的商品去說嗎？那如果別人買家用小冰箱也要說補助2000嗎？完全傻眼

很可惜的是, 貨運時間無法如顧客預期時間到
其實時間若易有變動,店家其實可事先與顧客溝通這一塊
而非預定時間快到了才通知顧客, 不僅浪費顧客時間也會搞得溝通不愉快
不過,最令人不滿的是店家售後態度明顯不佳, 讓人感到莫名其妙
若店家表示自家是惠而浦台中旗艦展示中心
那麼是否同時也拿出專業的態度呢?
即使商品品質好, 可是我想經過這次的購買經驗, 已經不敢再光顧此店家了
