老闆人真的很好，從它以前在逢甲夜市裡面搬到西屯路上，每天都很多人排隊買.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 嚐鮮性質的去買了一次，基本上炸物還算不錯，可是口味有點太重了，本身平常就算是重口味的，可是還是覺得太重，應該是鹹酥雞本身就是有調味重了點再加上胡椒鹽就變得更重口味了，還有就是炸物的含油量太高，能夠加個甩油的過程會更好。

食材高溫油炸後沒有殘留多餘的油脂。吃起來不油膩。
香，酥，脆，胡椒跟辣度調味適當，真的很美味。綜合菇也很香。
但甜不辣一個20有點小貴。。。
豆干2個10元。。。
不管如何有機會來逢甲一定要再來捧場。
