帶小孩去剪個頭髮,是不是因為只有修個瀏海,店家就隨便找一個技術不知道在幹嘛的服務人員來剪,剪完整個傻眼耶,難道剪的人自己看了不會覺得不好看嗎?不是應該剪一小段就問一下客人這樣長度可不可以,而不是一直剪吧,就已經有說長度大概剪到到哪裡了,還剪太短,還說因為瀏海會澎澎的,所以看起來比較短,壓下去就不會了,請問,到底哪一個瀏海貼著額頭會好看,而且還是女生耶,不就是要稍微澎澎的才好看嗎?小孩看完自己也嚇一跳,怎麼剪這麼短。如果沒辦法用心對待每一位客人,客人遲早一個一個流失,要剪髮的客人三思,畢竟剪太短就沒救了,客人也只能默默認了,反正看起來呆是你的事,又不是剪的人呆。極度不推薦!!看到評論才知道,這家店真的不ok。 PS補充:外籍口音的或許應該就是老闆。??

每次去只要有店長來幫忙弄頭髮都會痛到不行,店長香港腔男生,手法非常粗魯一直大力拉扯頭皮,明顯沒耐性,之後我有跟設計師反映,但他們不敢多說話,最近我再去燙染,我有指定設計師的但他很忙,店長又來幫忙上捲子,我實在被拉扯到很痛,所以對店長講出我的感受,我並不是質疑店長的專業,我只是說拉扯的很痛,他開始講大道理什麼弄頭髮就是要有張力,他可是什麼專業訓練來的,我說但能輕一點嗎?他馬上翻臉對我不爽並轉頭就走,走去我指定的設計師那大聲說:[她說我做的不好,你去弄!!!]我聽到實在很氣,這是服務業該有的態度嗎?我有一直忍著,因為我脾氣也不好,我是看在說我的設計師人很好,所以有對他講店長的行為,他只安慰我別理他,我說真的,為了不讓設計師難堪,不然我會把他桌子掀了,然後要求退費,我不願花錢在這受氣,而且我一直都有買他們的消費卡,這讓我思考以後不要買他們的....
