很爛的一間公司 我會跟住戶推薦千萬不要續約了 續約第三年 從第一年開始 網路就時常斷訊 晚間時段看個youtube 都會延遲再延遲 (每次回報給客服都說 明天會請工程師查看 可能貴公司的工程師很忙 忙了兩年還是沒解決) 今年續約 遇到消費問題 業務說 今年續約贈送 line tv 半年哦(一年比一年爛) 後來收到第一張帳單是 line tv 一年收費 沒多想 就去繳費 後來 又收到一張網路費 就想說很奇怪 後來也沒多想 想說有空在去詢問 今天去問 那個我先繳了 line tv的費用 可是 你們業務說有送 我繳了怎麼辦 服務人員給的回覆是 : 沒辦法退費喔 而且我們沒有贈送這個方案喔 有送也是送新用戶 哈囉? 是員工訓練不足 還是教業務如何騙客戶 前一個業務才說有送(我拿出聊天紀錄)現在又說沒送 欺騙消費者的感覺欸 後來我說 好那我今年不續約了 要退租 你們找時間再來拿機子走 順便退押金給我 服務人員:我們的工作人員沒辦法去收機子喔 我:為什麼 服務人員:因為要退費 請自己來店裡哦 那請問 當初來居家安裝 工作人員就很積極 工作人員就可以收錢? 現在要退費 工作人員就不能碰錢 只能親自去公司一趟

遙控器實在有夠爛的 才剛換新的 卻一下子又無法使用 不曉得是放多久的遙控器 上半部的按鍵全接觸不良 只有開關鍵能用 不過後來也無法開關機了 而下半部卻都沒問題 真是 啥爛啦
