清燉牛肉麵口味是白湯+一點中藥草本感的口味，紅燒我選扁麵個人認為很搭！！ 推薦

價格⭐️⭐️⭐️-中價位，與其他家連鎖店類似。
地點⭐️⭐️⭐️-門口無停車空間，需找其他地方停車空間。
設施⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️-裝潢清爽、明亮，在這裡用餐不覺得壓迫。

Taste ⭐️⭐️⭐️-Big Brother Beef Noodles ⭐️⭐️⭐️/Tender Shoulder Pork Noodles ⭐️⭐️The meat of tender shoulder meat slices is older than the meat of beef noodles, and even the tendons can't be bitten; the soup base tastes okay.

?番茄牛腩冬粉160$
牛腩不好吃，雖然有軟但是咬起來完全沒味道，沒有鹹味甜味也沒有牛肉味，湯頭是很詭異的橘色，反而比較像泡菜湯

炒手本身味道還可以，但是醬汁不知道為什麼超級油，很像整個泡在油裡面蠻恐怖的

炸豆包超級鹹！！

而且不是很乾淨美觀
非常影響食慾….
另外廁所也很不乾淨，小便斗的尿跟水都滿出來到地上了

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ best ambiance and largest portion among all the beef noodle shops I have ever been to.
I wished if the hongshao was a bit less milky more flavored but then they told me the soup was from Hubei (湖北) which became one new yet very delicious kinds of soup I've ever tasted in Taiwan.
this particular store is very close to Taichung HSR station, so we could make it just on time before traveling back to Taipei.
