Best Hot pot restaurant in Taiwan

K	Ky L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hot Pot Restaurant: Summary - Entertaining, Great Tasting Hot Pot Restaurant with Amazing Service. The Pros: Great food and ingredients. The table side shows ("Face Changing" Chinese Masks, Noodles Making and Splitting), the unique quirky services (manicure, chair massage and a managed children play area) and the soup broths (up to 4 kinds in one pot) make this a very, very positive and memorable experience. The service staff was simply fantastic in friendliness, speed and promptness. If you can, get a table by the window for a great night view. The Cons: It is a bit heavy on the wallet. It can easily reach NT 1,000 per person.

Hot towel offered every 30 mins or so. The fish skin is a must try here, collagen of white stripes that turns translucent to transparent when cooked (not sure if available every country). There was the mask changing show that night at 11pm, do watch it live if you hadn't before). It was my birthday so i was also given a surprise with singing and a beautiful fruit platter. And self service Movenpick and Haagen Daz ice cream here (though 1 flavour). Btw after 10pm on certain weekdays, free flow of rice, drinks and sauce which is usually payable. Love the massage chair in the small manicure room too! Price cheaper than Singapore

They can definitely improve on their meat quality but other than that, this is my fav hotpot place to go to in Taichung! Lastly, the service is just crazy amazing and sweet! They will literally do their best to make their customers happy!

I can understand there’s no more shoe shine and nail polish and opera face-changing acts, but prices should be adjusted down accordingly. Also, the staff seems tired and not happy. This is not worth a repeat visit. I hope other stores in this chain are better.
