★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本店康是美的男生沒有穿白袍態度差，點數累積代表什麼不是每位顧客都懂，問點數只是一直回答是多少多少點，所以點數是裝飾用，不代表可以抵消費嗎？回答的很冷漠一副不耐煩的態度，如果怕客人抵點數影響消費金額可以請公司取消這個回饋方案啊～態度超差
回應店家：我問的是點數代表什麼？不是點數有多少點，但並沒有得到想要的答案，而且態度就是一副這個大家都應該知道的樣子，讓人感受不佳
