They tried to trick me into getting an X ray for 1000nt one it was clear there were no fractures. The consultory looks like a deposit or old brooms room! They didn't want to medicate her but I told them an antibiotic was clearly needed, her wound was red and swollen! They gave her painkillers and antibiotic in a powder! I had to dissolve in water and feed her the liquid! All birds refuse this kind of medicine! Medicine for birds need to be specially made and tasty. They try to sell everyone some supplement for everyone saying is BIRD'S NATURAL MILK! Ha!!! Did you really go to university? Now birds are mammals!! Birds have natural milk hahaha. After one week if their bad medicine treatment, the bird didn't recover of course and I took her to a real vet for birds where her wound was cleaned and her medication was properly prepared. About consultation: They also made us wait almost twenty minutes and there were no clients or patients waiting! I don't trust or recommend this at all!! You are lucky my pet is strong enough to endure your neglectance!
