★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 花月嵐是很早進入台灣的日本拉麵，我個人很愛蒜頭，所以對他們家的湯頭滿喜歡的，湯頭濃淡鹹度也可以請店家調整，可惜的是叉燒肉有點薄，相當沒存在感。煎餃外酥內有湯汁，炒飯也相當不錯，幾乎跟招牌拉麵並列人氣榜單，飯上加上一大塊奶油，再由服務人員現場翻炒，非常香，嗅覺視覺味覺三重享受，湯也可以無限續加！整體評分中上～
 Huayuelan is a Japanese ramen that entered Taiwan very early. I personally love garlic, so I really like their soup. You can also ask the store to adjust the thickness of the soup. Unfortunately, the barbecued pork is a little thin and has no sense of existence. . The fried dumplings are crispy and have soup inside. The fried rice is also quite good. It is almost on the popular list with the signature ramen. A large piece of cream is added to the rice, and then the service staff stir-fries it on the spot. It is very fragrant. You can also add unlimited! The overall rating is above average~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雖然是用餐時段但還好沒有等太久點的拉麵就來了，點了大蒜拳骨拉麵原味友人點白濃味道更重！額外加點一份高麗菜煎餃吃吃看。
拉麵湯頭還行，麵條也是我喜歡的細Q彈口感，只是肉只有兩片還是稍嫌空虛，有免費的嗆辣韭菜可以點來吃，因為本身不吃那麼辣，朋友吃了一口說很辣….
煎餃送上來小小的五顆，看的出是現煎只是嚐起來….呃不怎麼樣，附的醬油有點死鹹不優，有收服務費雖然沒有服務到什麼…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A simple ramen place in the food court floor at mitsukoshi department store. The flavor is original from Japan, so it would taste a little salty and condensed for Taiwanese. A little pricy but guarantee a seat for you in the busy hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foreigners Not Welcomed: If you are a westerner like myself my advice is to stay away. You'd get far better service from the 13/F Japanese restaurant. I was made sitting there for over 7 minutes while the waiters were only interested in serving local customers that entered after me. Eventually I went upstairs where the other restaurant was far more willing to earn from me
