預約了12點,官方說法是:人員在設定餐具,時間到才能進去。於是乎在疫情期間,三坨人在外面站了一些時間,因為四張椅子實在也沒法讓大家休息。 因緣機會,藉由服務人員流暢的介紹,了解了等等大家要吃什麼「內容物」,我們四個人各有各要吃的食材,因為共鍋犧牲了吃牛肉的權益。(雖然可以另外烹煮上桌,但總覺得太麻煩而且也不好意思。就點了「烏骨雞」「XX豬肉」「xx羊肉」全部一起煮。整個過程中我並沒有比較大的驚喜,而且口味太多,實在很平…….。 不過在甜點先上,鍋內邊燉煮沙公還有四個蛤蠣及一些配菜(我以為不就飯扔進去一起煮而已嗎?)。 想不到,在食材進鍋時,看著服務人員熟捻的煮著粥,我看著蟹肉絲及蟹肉。天呀?!真的太厚工了,我們剛剛吃了沙公螯和一些蟹肉,沒想到其他麻煩的蟹腳肉全都讓服務人員剔出來了一整盤剛好這時候煮粥用。疑,有點意思囉,看著粥麋漸漸的熬出,紅銅的鍋子頓時精彩起來了,就在每個米粒靚相冒泡的同時,四種食材所提出的鮮味,肚子頓時覺得又餓了起來。難怪有人說羊肉和魚肉一起煮的才叫魚羊鮮滋味。 等服務人員開始設定配粥小菜及新的碗筷,我才回過神來準備第二場饗宴,我們請教了服務員說是粥正好吃的關鍵在哪?她跟我們分享了重點,下次回家也可以試試,服務親切與食材這時候才真正閃出了真正的美味。如果用普通的心情來吃當然就很普通的經過。很高興最後的這樣的過程,也很好的經驗。 謝謝這次邀約的朋友、也謝謝這次服務人員 # 讓我們吃到美好純真的食物 # 記得要先訂位,還有留點肚子吃最後的美好
