知道「集雅社」是因購買電視而來,相信一個人一生購買電視的經驗不多,如又要能一窺堂奧更難。 此次家中恰巧要更新電視,住都會區到那裡買呢?為此事一家三口意見分歧,電器行?大賣場?專賣店?音響店?最主要這些賣場總各有優缺點,最後由不介意價格又審美挑剔的太太做主,他選擇了「大遠百貨」。 其實百貨公司雖各品牌齊全,但內部受泿於空間,樣品擺設自然相對更小,擺設的通常是「商家促銷主力」。服務員經驗豐富、行銷口才亦相當老練經其熱心解說,我們努力的挑三撿四(可挑的其實不多)選了「三星」並在購買後的兩個禮拜安裝,安裝人員來了一對年輕夫妻,很客氣也很有愛心,欲索取名片,只是告知他們是發貨中心的人,非集雅社公司的人。(我驚訝之餘腦中突然閃過一個商業運作模式的架構是什麼?) 不過精彩的是安裝後第二天電視就在畫面上出了狀況,急電集雅社,服務仍然很好,只是問了一堆問題,最後乾脆拍給他,才告知會有人聯繫我。 當然維修之前又有一客服來電,亦是問了一大堆問題,比較納悶的是他們都問我「裝多久」似乎不知我的是新品,只是這客服這次不譲我傳錄像,只說有人會聯繫我。 又隔兩天終有人為維修聯繫,維修時間不分周六日任君挑選,我選了周六傍晚,約好時間後,還不錯還連續密集確認,也果真凖時到,來了兩位年輕小伙子,態度亦是熱心、親切、耐心、專業真出乎意料之外,只是又來了他們也不是集雅社的人而是「三星電子」工程人員,我詢了一個問題「那裡買到便宜電視」?他們公司不賣因都已發包出去,這是一個有意思的回答。 此次花了如此篇幅敍述,無非要表達: 1、電視購買的商業模式,看來集雅社只是一個仲介角色 2,服務業競爭激烈從上到下只要「努力善待客人」 3、仍可透過分エ獲得適合自己的商機 最後我覺得買便宜電視應該在賣場選好,然後找看看有沒有認識「公司」的人,雖然工程人員告知不賣,但我相信應該還是有門路
