The service attitude is very bad!!! I went to the second floor to repair the watch, change the battery and adjust the strap. After half of the repair, I said that my watch was too old and I couldn’t handle it. I was left to take care of it, and then asked me to go to the counter next door to check out and leave.

Don't want to give a point, bad experience. The hands of the watch cannot be returned when the battery is changed. If I don’t know how to fix it, I should contact Breitling official customer service.
