住這種大樓不是就是互相體諒嗎？
住戶怪人多，管理室制度也不完善...投資可以自住就不建議！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 管理及建材使用都很好，70~110坪，都是4房的，沒有像有些建案會有甚麼1~2房小坪數的 (不知道為什麼會有人說有大小坪數混合素質差的這種評論)，評論的人應該自己沒有住在裡面。最少都要30萬一坪以上的房子，個人覺得鄰居素質都很不錯
