可能店員要記的事項太多，所以根本未提及活動一事，或許看我預購的罐數不夠多吧。（雖然我從孩子一出生就在此店持續購買該牌奶粉）
（服務態度的話，與其說見仁見智，不如說是看運氣，只能怪自己運氣不佳，一直以來碰上的店員，可能就是剛好心情不美麗。）
The milk powder manufacturer had an activity the day after the milk powder was pre-ordered.
Maybe the clerk has too many things to remember, so there is no mention of the event at all. Maybe the number of cans I pre-ordered is not enough. (Although I have been buying this brand of milk powder in this store since the birth of my child)
(In terms of service attitude, it's not so much that people have different opinions, it's better to look at luck. I can only blame myself for bad luck. I have been running into a clerk that may just happen to be in a bad mood.)
