1.買了電視,對方問要不要加500元有保固1個月,結果有問題一直拖時間都不處理
2.洗衣機裡面沒清理,洗出陳年污垢

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 於三天前到貴店增購傢俱,因為二手商品不符合喜好,經由小姐介紹購買目錄中的一項新品(聲稱委由工廠訂製),當日簽訂購買契約時約定好15:30-16:00送貨,當天晚上櫃台小姐因送貨師傅有其他事情和我更改時間,但由於時間無法確定,我請師傅隔天送貨確定會延遲再提早給我電話,送貨當天延遲半小時沒有通知,打去請櫃檯小姐幫我聯繫師傅後才更改至18:30,於18:47師傅才來電說路上塞車…最後於19:07分到達後一句抱歉也沒有,兩位搬運師傅搬運過程還一直偷瞄住戶(眼神讓人不是很舒服..),我們是兩位女生。卸完傢俱收完尾款後,我們跟師傅說謝謝辛苦了,師傅們點完錢很酷地頭也不回離去。
後來我們開始動身擦拭傢俱時,才發現購買的二手電器櫃上層少了門(上方還留有殘餘的生鏽磁鐵),當天在現場挑選時,銷售人員向我推薦這個櫃子很新幾乎9成新,於是我不疑有他也未仔細檢查。
於20:05撥了電話至店家,同個銷售小姐接起,我和她詢問電器櫃的瑕疵,她表示絕對不會向顧客保證商品9成新,她只是說商品非常新,還說他們銷售過程都會錄音(這點我是問號也很好奇真偽),如果我有疑慮願意提供我錄音。
我表明打這通電話只是想確認店家沒有告知顧客商品瑕疵的義務嗎?我並沒有要退貨,只因為小姐當時說非常新但是商品是缺了門,銷售小姐態度很堅決的告訴我說,這個不算是嚴重瑕疵,因為我當時在賣場也看過商品了,確定可以才購買,我也承認確實在這一點上是我方疏忽了,但店家不主動告知有瑕疵的部分是沒有問題的嗎?最後銷售人員依舊不停鬼打牆的重複我已經看過商品所以是我的問題,並建議我這種完美主義者不適合購買二手商品…最後我便無奈地掛了電話。
這次的購買體驗,商品並沒有多便宜售後態度也不佳,有瑕疵並不會主動告知,買二手商品需要打上spotlight放大眼睛檢查清楚!店家完全不懂尊重客人時間,不會再回購也不會推薦給身邊親友,謝謝指教!

Later, when we started to clean the furniture, we found that the second-hand electrical cabinet we purchased had no upper door (there were residual rusty magnets on the top). When I picked it up on the spot that day, the salesperson recommended that this cabinet is very new and almost 90% new. , so I do not suspect that he has not carefully checked.
I called the store at 20:05, and the same sales lady picked it up. I asked her about the defects of the electrical cabinet. She said that she would never guarantee customers that the products are 90% new. She just said that the products were very new and that they sold them. The process will be recorded (I am a question mark and I am curious about the authenticity of this point), if I have doubts, I am willing to provide my recording.
Am I making this call just to make sure that the store has no obligation to inform the customer about the defect? I didn't want to return it, just because the lady said it was very new at the time, but the product was missing a door. The sales lady told me firmly that this was not a serious defect, because I had seen the product in the store at the time, and I was sure I could buy it. , I also admit that it is indeed our negligence on this point, but is it okay for the store owner to not take the initiative to inform the defective part? In the end, the salesperson kept repeating that I had already seen the product, so it was my problem, and suggested that a perfectionist like me is not suitable for buying second-hand products... In the end, I hung up the phone helplessly.
In this purchase experience, the goods are not cheap and the after-sales attitude is not good. If there are defects, they will not take the initiative to inform them. When buying second-hand goods, you need to use spotlight to enlarge your eyes to check clearly! The store owner doesn't know how to respect the customer's time at all, and will neither repurchase nor recommend it to relatives and friends, thank you for your advice!
