這家去年朋友推就一直想來,看了評價後更讓我動心,剛好朋友在西屯問我要吃什麼,立馬想到這家!!店是在小巷子裡,停車還算方便!正門一開門,就有隻非常可愛的小貓咪喵喵叫!看了菜單原本打算吃16OZ的,朋友霸氣點了21OZ,我也跟著點,店內並無一般牛排店免費提供的濃湯和飲料,但有白開水,而且看菜單它是沒有附餐的,等了一會,牛排便上來了,一看那碳火烤過的紋路,口水差點流下來,一切開送入口中非常有碳烤的香味,香氣十足(友人說比狠牛的香很多),肉有去筋去油不會有太多的筋膜和肥嘟嘟的油,厚度中等,熟度因為底下無舖食材吃一半時熟度會過熟,不然五分熟很剛好,肉汁超多,每一口都相當飽水鮮甜的肉汁爆出,搭配蒜頭或洋蔥很解膩,這也是店家附上二樣的原因,不夠可以請店家幫忙再加! 因為吃下來感覺沒有麵湯補充,感覺不會飽,所以另外再去加點鐵板麵,,鐵板麵份量不大,但麵條很Q彈不會過爛,醬汁偏甜,自己喜歡加入很多胡椒來提味,倒是蠻適合有小朋友的!如果可以加價優惠升級套餐整個會較有FU,價格也因為附餐要加點所以會比較高一些!但是如果小鳥胃來享受純肉的美味,倒是很可以!牛排無醃漬純牛肉碳烤香氣和口口爆汁的享受也是很不錯!

沙朗和菲力 五分熟 都很軟嫩 好吃的牛排不需要太多其他裝飾 玉米濃湯真的好好喝啊~ 檸檬冰沙很解膩 店家也會招待小杯的?

肉質鮮嫩香甜,五分熟恰到好處,連鐵板麵都深受孩子歡迎。這兒還有一隻可愛的虎斑貓店貓,停車也方便,很推薦家庭用餐喔!

已經來吃過好幾次了,之前來都挺好吃的,這次不知道什麼原因味道變了。雞排、絲瓜蛤蜊、節瓜都不錯,但是肋眼牛排變得偏硬,沙朗變得像是在吃橡皮筋一樣,很硬還有幾塊有怪味。店員表示炭烤的味道比較特殊,那我滿嘴的木頭味要怎麼解釋.... 直接放棄不吃

消費/價位: 美國Prime沙朗心21盎司$580 德國豬腳$300 炸雞塊(八塊) $80 (可用兌換卷,每次消費即贈一張) 環境/服務: 座位寬敞,服務態度良好,蒜片洋蔥可續。 餐點評價: 沙朗心選擇7分熟,搭配鐵板熱度會過熟,建議選擇5分熟(僅可選擇5/7/全三種熟度)。醃漬洋蔥做法有變,以前的洋蔥醬汁較開胃美味。德國豬腳烤得相當乾柴,雞塊中規中矩。 結論: 由早期福科夜市發跡,而後隨夜市結束後另覓現址營業,目前由新的經營團隊接手。早起瓷盤改為較接地氣的鐵板,沒有附餐單靠主餐原塊牛排跟消費者直球對決。醃漬洋蔥過去是我最愛用來佐餐的配料,外帶都會額外要一包。這次再訪發現洋蔥做法改變,有點可惜。整體來說價格合理,份量也飽足,喜歡大口吃肉的朋友可以考慮。牛排最好選擇5分熟不然加上鐵板熱度上桌一下就全熟了(如果選擇讓內場切塊的話)。
