★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味道很實在，品質很穩定。沙鹿店的就走味了，似乎一直更換廚師，我離沙鹿店比較近，吃過中科店的，就固定來這裏。

I am a person who likes Ganquan fish noodles, but this Northeast pickled cabbage is really the weakest one I have eaten in ten years. Not bad, but a bit disappointing compared to other experiences.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 希望改進一下外送包裝吧，湯用袋子裝著，每次到手湯都只剩一半，很邋遢。只用膠布貼著蓋子根本不行
I hope to improve the delivery packaging. The soup is packed in bags. Every time I get it, only half of the soup is left, which is very sloppy. Just sticking the cover with tape will not work at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一直都是吃招牌魚麵，有點過外送也有內用，都很美味！
內用環境小而舒適，氣氛很懷舊！有感覺到店家有自己的規矩。但觀察到員工都很勤奮一吃完就來收拾桌面，且用酒精仔細擦過～吃麵吃到一半聞到咖啡香，很像小時候在觀光景點喝的味道，於是好奇點了一杯，是長輩會愛的味道，要加奶精跟糖的三合一咖啡！
下次會再來試試其他的口味！
停車不嫌麻煩可先暫停附近黃昏市場旁。
I have always eaten the signature fish noodles, a little too much for delivery and also for internal use, all delicious!
The interior environment is small and comfortable, and the atmosphere is very nostalgic! I feel that the store has its own rules. However, I observed that the employees were very diligent and cleaned up the table after eating, and carefully wiped them with alcohol. Halfway through eating the noodles, I smelled the aroma of coffee, much like the taste of drinking at a tourist attraction when I was a child, so I ordered a cup out of curiosity. Love the taste, three-in-one coffee with creamer and sugar!
Will come back to try other flavors next time!
If parking is not too troublesome, you can stop next to the nearby dusk market first.
