炒鴨架見仁見智，個人是覺得屬於偏甜，剛好符合本人口味
老闆娘服務態度相當好
光以上幾點就足夠我給滿星了，是少數我會願意給高評價的餐飲店，推薦大家可以試試看
PS : 結果聊天後才發現原來曾經是本人當店員時服務過的顧客，沒想到老闆娘居然還記得我

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 便當經濟實惠，烤鴨更是大推，皮脆肉嫩且多汁，餅皮Q軟厚度剛好，炒起來的鴨架，滋味更是一級棒，配飯下酒都適宜。
其實我已經吃超過10年了，突然想起從沒給他們在網路上的支持，只是默默的付諸行動，並推薦給親朋好友，每凡聚會他們總會想起我買的“蔡記烤鴨”,這樣應該也算幫老闆打廣告吧！
