★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次造訪時，店員非常友善，甚至娓娓道來店內有哪些優惠，我正在看的產品有哪些牌子，加入會員有什麼折扣（ 因此拿到折價卷），感受到店員耐心介紹，卻沒有被推銷的壓力；帶著第一次的好印象再次造訪時，換了店員，感受到該店員可能累了，服務態度與上次另一位店員有相當大的落差，結帳時，店員冷靜到我感受不到溫度地說：「口罩不能使用折價卷。」就沒有下一句話了。內心當然是有些許錯愕，灰心之餘，還是在這尷尬場面問了問題：「那請問還有哪些產品沒有再優惠品項裡呢？」當下得到的回應是冷淡地指著折價卷上超小的螞蟻字說「折價卷上面有寫。」在心中浮現下次不會再來同時，心中安慰自己，後面有客人排隊，也許店員就是有壓力。所以我仍用一顆星推薦，但要有心理準備遇到此窘境。

(買東西還是在距離近的門市買比較好，不然就是結帳後不厭其煩的確認一下明細，以免有個差錯要多跑一趟?）
