協商過兩次也明確的告知你們開關位置確實是錯誤的，裝修申請表也有填寫，施工當天也有和櫃檯物業人員告知（鴻海物業），確定可以施工我們才去施工的，發生問題後一直怪住戶沒有關開關，開關位置根本不在我們屋內，那請問一下你要我們去哪裡關開關？後來直接沒有給任何回覆就直接對住戶提告？
那未來和你們買房的人有任何的保障嗎？
