建商在現場無理取鬧有爭執時，秉持著不是找麻煩，而是幫客戶用專業的角度與建商說明，這點非常值得嘉許?
好幾個小時的驗屋流程完畢後，會逐一與客戶說明並拍照紀錄每個點，當天提供手寫稿，七天內提供電子檔 (我當天半夜就拿到了) ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 負責驗屋的技師很專業，甚至還比我早到達約定的地點，過程中有疑問都會提供解說，或是給予之後可以怎麼應對的建議，最重要的是有彩色電子報告書，因為過程很緊湊，後續可以透過報告書回憶屋況，對複驗或後續交屋很有幫助，因為絕對會忘記!!!!
