除了維修基金是叫所有客戶出(一般建商會提撥)而且交屋款只保留2萬⋯
完全違反內政部的法令！
房子連正式水電都沒有就急著要交屋⋯
連初驗都沒完成就要產權移轉⋯
跟他們反應，得到的答案是：按照公司的期程安排⋯
預定好的驗屋日期，說變就變！連一通電話告知也沒有⋯
大公司這樣對待我們小客戶⋯
選擇他們前千萬要三思！
