這家的業務服務超差,並且完全沒有個資概念! 12/22約見面,當天晚上跟他要商品說明書,他說給太專業的資料,客戶也看不懂,只願意給DM,回家上網找商品說明書,發現另一個很類似的產品,12/23號問兩者有哪裡不同,只回覆說推薦買的那份保障比較好,完全沒詳細說明。 12/23早上跟他要當天試算的表格,他說晚點給,隔天才回覆說要12/28才有辦法郵寄 因為這2天的服務很差,所以12/24決定要退件,請業務把22號當天簽的相關個資文件寄還,12/29早上聯繫業務說寄出時請通知,不讀不回,直至下午透過友人才得知業務並不想寄還,“因為我們不是客戶,所以不願意負擔郵資”,業務覺得對他不公平,也透過友人才知道業務想直接碎掉,後來我們跟業務說,要用碎紙機可以,過程請錄影,並一張張碎掉,業務把資料分成兩份,第二份下去直接卡紙,錄影中斷,最後給我們看碎紙箱的照片。 跟業務反應個資問題,業務的答覆是,反正已經碎到一半了,這已經是無效的資料了。完全不在乎客戶的身份證、信用卡資料是否被確實絞碎。

早上打電話去客服響了快半小時都無人接聽~下午在打去一樣嚮了半小時沒有接通,直接打去公司詢問保單有問題,請業務出面處理也得不到回應,隔天再打去請主管出面處理都得不到回應……錢都收走了~結果都不做事~真的是爛到爆……
