★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 施工品質差，自詡豪宅等級，但實際上並不是，磁磚每一年都會澎起來，爆裂掉，原本以為只有我家，但左右鄰居每一戶都有，而且都10幾20片的地板磁磚在壞，詢問老師傅說當初在貼地板很有可能用(騷底)的方式施作，或者磁磚品質有問題，補了未來還是可能會再次發生，之前合夥人還在的時候還很負責跟熱心處理修復，拆夥後，現在的建商神隱不接電話，不願處理。合夥就是因為看清偷工減料才不再合作
