★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 打電話請他們來查看維修，客服卻一直在跳針叫我先拔掉插頭在看看，之後還是一樣，在打電話過去訊問，回我這是機器正在加熱中；明明就一直跳出「缺水」中，但是供水水管都是有水狀態，感覺一直再拖時間，不准我們拆開自行維修又請不來。建議不要買不要被騙。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 飲水機報修已經過一個月囉，客服說已經用一年多了，壞掉很正常，送修之後沒消沒息，到現在還沒修回來，每天只能自己煮水，不會再買賀眾了！

請問您們（冷熱）儲下型飲水機，在重新沸騰後螢幕顯示98度時，用包溫杯接馬上測量溫度結果是83度左右。
溫差十度會不會太誇張呢?
曾經反應過給客服，後來派來現場的人員表示這樣是正常?不想處理，不曉得顧客該怎麼辦？
另外
使用熱水，出水按完停止出熱水它會再找多幾滴下來，0.5秒後每每都「意外再滴出熱水」的，這樣要怎麼避免被燙傷呢？
有人員來看，結果說是正常?
不曉得新安裝兩個月左右的飲水機原來會有這麼多狀況，還麻煩協助回覆❤️
