這次鑰匙手機忘記帶出門到管理室借電話打給家人，光是借電話時看得出來女經理不想借，說她的手機打網外要收費之類的話，最後她叫保全借，我知道借電話本來就不是義務，但我態度也沒有不好，服務態度這樣真的很差勁
