★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 之前來逢甲夜市必吃之一，這次除了漲價外 感覺又變小顆，味道也變了⋯ 沒什麼胡椒味了⋯ 很像燒餅⋯ 可惜了⋯⋯

昨天本來想要把它當普通的夜市小吃，吃一吃就忘了。
但那個裡面的餡料真的用得很好，肉很新鮮
最簡單的方法，你把這家胡椒餅丟進冰香隔天吃不用加熱。
溫度一降低是會讓所有調味料的效果打大折扣，食材爛馬上吃得出來。
但這家胡椒餅進了冰箱後再拿出來直接吃，一樣的好吃!!

I wanted to treat it as a normal night market snack yesterday, but I forgot to eat it.
But the stuffing in that one really works well and the meat is fresh
The easiest way is to throw this pepper cake into Bingxiang and eat it the next day without heating it.
As soon as the temperature is lowered, the effect of all seasonings will be greatly reduced, and the ingredients will be eaten immediately.
But this pepper cake is put in the refrigerator and then taken out to eat directly, it is equally delicious!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had this bun once out fm baker. It’s more spicy and less sweet than another famous pepper-bun fm Fuzhou Ancestor Pepper Pie in Taipei. We prefer Taipei pepper bun to Taichung one.
